If we ever want to organize group MMO playing or anything like that, Google Calendar is a good tool for it. It handles multiple calendars pretty well, and you just have to look for an open spot between everybody’s schedules.
Our amazing manager at work is full of many efficient ideas, and Google itself was a good one. We currently use our own server for a few things we don’t need - namely email. For one, some people are simply getting spammed from being at the company and using the email for 3 years. But mostly, if we switch everyone over to google itself, we can utilize many of the features - global spreadsheets, calendars, mail. (to name a few)
I’m considering this for the BCN, but only because google is kind of ubiquitous. Really, it wouldn’t be so hard to whip a calendar up.
